On September 19, 2020, Shandong Xingang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. solemnly held the post-doctoral research workstation doctoral admission ceremony and the opening report meeting, and 2 doctors formally entered the station. Ye Kelin, former director of the Institute of Wood Industry, Chinese Academy of Forestry and academician of the International Academy of Wood Sciences, Yu Wenji, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Wood Industry, Chinese Academy of Forestry, and dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanjing Forestry University Mei Changtong, former Dean of the School of Wood Engineering, Nanjing Forestry University, Zhou Handong, Director of the Wood Science Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Forestry, Secretary General of Shandong Forestry Industry Federation Li Changgui, Chairman of Xingang Global Group Wei Xiaoxin, supported by Provincial Party Xingang Global Group Cadre Jiang Xuehua, Professor Huang Helang, Dean of Xingang Research Institute, Min Dexiu, Director of the Group's R&D Department, and resident doctors Sun Yuhui and Li Wanzhao attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Jiang Xuehua.

In his speech, Wei Xiaoxin firstly warmly welcomed all experts and professors to attend the meeting. He said that under the situation of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and high-quality development, Xingang's timely transformation has been successful, but it still needs a large number of high-level talents. The introduction of two doctors in Xingang's post-doctoral research station is of great significance. Huang Helang announced the entry filing documents for post-doctoral researchers.

Yu Wenji and Mei Changtong respectively introduced the academic status and main research directions of the two doctors in detail.

After the inbound ceremony, Huang Helang presided over the seminar of two doctors. At the meeting, Sun Yuhui and Li Wanzhao respectively reported on the research topics to the expert group, and the expert group gave guidance one by one.
