On January 8, 2019, Lanshan District Party Secretary Wang Junshi, Lanshan District Party Committee Deputy Secretary and District Mayor Shen Rumao, led the leaders and entrepreneur representatives of the Lanshan District New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Observation Meeting to the Xingang Super Solid Wood Particle Board Project to observe the site. Wang Junshi and his entourage observed the Xingang super solid wood particle board production line, intelligent numerical control room, and comprehensive laboratory, and asked about the project's capacity, equipment technology and operation status. Wei Xiaoxin gave a detailed report.

Wei Xiaoxin reported that in 2018, Xingang Global Group seized the development opportunities of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, transformed and upgraded, and started a second business. It built a high-standard project with an annual output of 300,000 cubic meters of super solid wood pellets, and adopted the internationally advanced German Dieffenbacher imports. The equipment and advanced technology have been highly valued by the leaders of the municipal party committee and municipal government at all levels, and have been included in the city’s new and old kinetic energy conversion "four hundred" key demonstration projects. At the same time, it relies on the Xingang Global Group Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Provincial Key Laboratory, etc. Platform advantage, build a benchmark enterprise in Linyi wood industry, and lead the transformation and development of the industry. In the future, the project will also expand production capacity, extend the industrial chain, and build a high-end first-line brand.
