In 2018, Xingang Global Group cooperated with academician Li Jian of Chinese Academy of Engineering to build Xingang academician workstation, focusing on the major key technologies in the field of aldehyde-free environmental protection and low-carbon wood-based panel manufacturing, making every effort to overcome the "aldehyde-free" bionic adhesive and aldehyde-free bionic wood-based panel technology, which has been successfully applied to the production and processing of three major wood-based panels on a large scale, with stable production process, product mechanical properties meeting the requirements of national standards, no formaldehyde and VOCs added, and environmental performance meeting the highest national standards.

At present, Xingang Global Group has exclusively realized the mass production of bionic aldehyde-free adhesive, Xingang bionic lightweight and high-strength particleboard (annual production capacity of 300,000m³ continuous production line) and Xingang bionic ultra-thin fiberboard (annual production capacity of 200,000m³ continuous production line). More than ten years of original innovation, leading the "aldehyde-free era" of home furnishing.
