1. Materials: 

                     Poplar is the main raw material , then hardwood, pine, birch.

2.  Size: 

              Width*Length:  1220*2440mm(Standard)  915*1830mm,  1200*2400mm,  1250*2500mm,  1500*2500mm,  1500*3000mm

                    Thickness:        2mm, 3.2mm, 3.6mm, 4mm, 5mm, 5.2mm, 

                                                          9mm,  12mm,  15mm, 18mm(Thickness Tolerance: ＜6mm, 0.2mm   ;  ＞6mm,  0.5mm）

3. The Classify of face:   

     1.) the grade:

    Bintangor, mahogany is grade B, C

    B- Face   ;   C - back

    BB/CC ( international normal grade) one side is good, the other side is bad

    BB/BB    both sides are good

    C/D    pine face ( C -face, D-back)

      2.）Normal Face:

           Okoume（Mahogany,  Bintangor (black color) ,  sapele, EV(engineered veneer), Pencil Cedar,

             Birch, pine, bleached poplar

4. The classify of glue:

    1.)  Phenolic WBP

     Original glue color brown

     Boiling water boiling time: 50-72 hours

     Hot pressing temperature: 140-150℃

     Best quality, longer boiling time, best waterproof effect, better bonding strength, high price

     2.)  Melamine glue （WBP - water proof)

   Color: Milk White

     Boiling water boiling time: 8-12 hours

           Hot pressing temperature: 125℃-135℃

     3.）UF glue ( UF = urea formaldehyde) (MR-Moisture Resistance)

Color: Milk White

Boiling time：1-4 hours ; Hot-press temperature: 95℃-115℃  

Poor bonding strength, low cost

5. The producing process:

         Cover veneer sorting→core veneer gluing→core assembling→core repair→cover face→hot press→edge cutting→Inspection→edge painting→Packing

6. Packing： 

            Carton or commercial plywood,  19mm steel straps 

7.) Loading:

20GP                8 pallets    4 pallets lay flat  4 pallets side lay

40GP                16 pallets   8 pallets lay flat  8 pallets side lay

40HQ                18pallets   8 pallets lay flat  8 pallets side lay 2 standing

40NOR

8.) Storage:     

      Commercial plywood must be laid flat or stacked in closed warehouse

Temperature of storage : From 40℃ to 50℃

      Humidity of storage: ≤80%
