The requirements of the production process:
1.)Method of core assembling:
Criss-crossed , odd number layer; one layer veneer without glue, then the other layer with glue, and the poor quality veneer is placed in the middle.
The size of core plywood is controlled at 2470mm-2480mm for 4*8 feet
The size of core plywood is controlled at 1850mm-1860mm for 4*6 feet
Larger plywood is controlled at 2550mm-2560mm
Generally speaking after core assembled, the core board should be stored for 24 hours.
2.)Cold prepressing
Time: 40-60 min , Pressure: 15-18 Mpa
Prepressing is to make the board and glue better bond, so that the core board can be formed.

3. )Basic Hot press
a. the pressure is 9-12 Mpa, temperature is 135℃-140℃,time18-30min,Moisture discharge time 20 min, total time controlled at 50 ±5 min(determine the press pressure, time, temperature according to thickness, moisture content of the core board)
b. After the hot pressing the thickness of the board can be confirmed,the thickness can be measured correctly, so we must measure the thickness after the board get out of the hot press, and unqualified board must be selected out; there are no sundries on the surface of board,and no over lapping of film.
C. After hot pressing, the board must be displayed on drying rack,and make sure there is no residual temperature.
4.) Puttying(only for two times plywood): to repair the left holes and gap.
a. to clean up the gap, left tap,decay bark and repair, after puttying there are no left putty on the surface and no putty is too thick or sagging, no defects, no left puttying,and to make the surface of the board is free of defects, and sand leakage caused by sanding.
b. There are light scratches and indentations on the surface of the board, just use the putty to make it qualified.

5.) Edge cutting
Make sure the board surface has no scratches, no missing layers on the edge, saw deviation, saw skew, skew adjustment, and film bulging; no rough edge, chipping, tearing at the edge.

6.) Sanding: make the thickness of core uniformity, sanding for both sides for two times press plywood.
a. After sanding the surface of the board is flat, without sand baldness and sand leakage; when sanding it is required to go inside of the hot press at one time, and the hair ends out, pay attention to burrs.
b. the surface of the board has no sand baldness,sand leakage, partial sand, large area sand leakage, no scratches, no indentations.

7.) film covering
a. pressure is controlled at 14-15Mpa, time is controlled at 8-10 min, temperature is controlled at 135℃±5℃
b. the surface of the plywood is flat, flatness is good, there are no obvious color mismatching and uneven gloss; there are no missing layers on the edge, missing core,cover the edge well by putty.
c. There are no quality defects , like tackless, layering, bulging, chipping,scratches, indentations on the surface of the board.
If the film has flaw, one time press and finger joint plywood can be repaired, but two times hot press cannot be repaired.
